Week 1
Finding your Identity
Most times in life we submit to the pressures of society, and we lost ourselves in trying to be popular or “in the mix”. In this module we address the importance of finding your identity, it will expose the lies society has led us all to believe. You will have a step-by-step guide on how to find your identity by going to the source (God) the creator of our lives.

Week 2
The importance of loving yourself
Loving yourself provides you with self-confidence, self-worth and self-care. This module will teach you how to fall in love with yourself. How to be intimate with yourself by showing appreciation to gift of life you have been given. We will dive into the key steps of learning to freely embrace your inner you.

Week 3
Finding your purpose
Maybe your circumstances don’t match up with your expectations for your life. Maybe you are struggling to make sense of it all. People have a natural need for a sense of purpose a feeling that you know who you are and where you fit into the world. This module will help you to understand why having a strong purpose in life is an essential element of human well-being. We will discuss the importance of replacing limiting beliefs with empowering beliefs. We will also explain the steps which one can take when in pursuit of discovering their purpose.

Week 4
How to increase your belief
Our minds are powerful, and they do what we tell them. There is a proven system to believing in what you want to see. In this module we will discuss the importance of having a believe system that works. Participants will receive a step by step game plan of how they can gain results through increasing their belief.

Week 5
Dealing with your emotions
Human Beings are inherently emotional, and our emotions can play an important role in how we think and behave. In this module we will examine Emotional Intelligence and Its impact on our day-to-day interaction with people. We will explain the competencies and the science behind emotional intelligence along with how to build emotional intelligence capacity.

Week 6
Personal Branding
Though the concept of personal branding isn’t new, questions remain about how to create one and, more importantly, what it means to maintain and inhabit that brand. Personal branding is the process of developing a “mark” that is created around your personal name or your career. The main goal of personal branding is to develop one reputation and grow successfully by networking in a way that interests others. In this module we will cover the following: The personal branding concept, how to implement oneself personal branding, how to use social media to brand yourself or your business, how to establish the relationship between personal branding and online reputation.

Week 7
Dealing with rejection

Rejection is the opposite of acceptance. It is the opposite of approval. It is the opposite of being invited, welcomed or desired. Every single human being feels rejected at many different times in life. In this module, we will share tips and strategies how you can overcome rejection. Participants will learn how to apply simple methods of how to denounce rejection and claim their acceptance by building their self-esteem.
