Queensmindset Empowerment Inc. is a faith-based nonprofit organization and ministry dedicated to empowering women and youth to discover their purpose, strengthen their mindset, and lead lives of impact, service, and integrity.
Rooted in faith and guided by compassion, Queensmindset exists to serve the public good by providing empowerment, mentorship, leadership development, and community-based initiatives that foster healing, growth, and transformation.
Queensmindset began in 2017 as a motivational platform with a mission to empower women and youth to discover their purpose, heal from life’s challenges, and walk confidently in who God has called them to be. What started online has grown into a faith-based nonprofit organization and ministry with local and global impact.
Through publishing, youth development programs, media initiatives, and community outreach, Queensmindset has impacted hundreds of lives across Barbados and internationally. Our youth program “Live Your Truth” has reached over 500 students in secondary schools, while our books and magazine have connected with audiences across Africa, North America, the Caribbean, the United Kingdom, and beyond.
Through storytelling, empowerment events, and safe spaces for healing, such as Battered, Bruised, Not Broken, we are committed to restoring identity, strengthening confidence, and building purpose-driven lives.

Queensmindset is governed by a Board of Directors and led by a committee. It’s a leadership team that ensures strong oversight, ethical governance, and strategic direction. Our governance structure supports: Responsible stewardship of financial and organizational resources. Compliance with nonprofit and regulatory standards. Accountability, transparency, and ethical decision-making. Alignment with our mission, vision, and public-benefit purpose. The Board of Directors provides oversight and guidance to ensure that Queensmindset remains focused on its mission and continues to operate in the best interest of the communities we serve.
Queensmindset was officially formed in February 2017. What began as a vision to empower women through inspiration, faith, and mindset transformation quickly grew into a movement. Built on the foundation of purpose, identity, and personal development, Queensmindset was created to help women rise, heal, and walk boldly in their God-given calling.
March 2022 marked the hosting of the first Queensmindset Conference. This powerful gathering brought women together for transformation, healing, strategy, and spiritual empowerment. The conference created a space where women could connect, be poured into, and leave equipped to execute their vision with clarity and confidence.
In January 2024, Queensmindset transitioned into an officially registered non-profit organization. This milestone positioned the movement for greater impact, structured outreach, and expanded opportunities to serve women and youth through programs, mentorship, publishing, conferences, and community initiatives.
In December 2025, Queensmindset expanded its non-profit operations to the United States, marking a significant step toward global influence. This expansion broadened the organization’s reach, allowing it to serve the Caribbean diaspora and international communities while strengthening its mission to empower women across borders.
