Live Your Truth is a youth empowerment and personal development program created by Queensmindset to support young people ages 14–17 in secondary schools across Barbados.
The program provides a safe and engaging environment where young people can explore their identity, purpose, self-worth, resilience, and leadership potential. Through interactive workshops, guided discussions, practical activities, and mentorship, participants are equipped with tools to navigate personal and social challenges, make positive choices, build confidence, and develop a stronger vision for their future.
Live Your Truth focuses on helping young people understand that their circumstances do not have to determine their future. The program encourages participants to recognize their potential, develop healthy mindsets, strengthen their decision-making skills, and become positive contributors within their schools, families, and communities.
Key areas include: identity and self-awareness, confidence and self-esteem, purpose discovery, resilience, goal setting, healthy decision-making, leadership development, and overcoming social and personal barriers.
Through Live Your Truth, Queensmindset Empowerment Inc. seeks to develop a generation of confident, purpose-driven, resilient young leaders who are equipped to thrive and positively impact their communities.
Battered Bruised Not Broken is a signature resilience and empowerment program of Queensmindset Empowerment Inc. that provides women with a platform to share powerful stories of overcoming adversity, rebuilding their lives, and finding renewed purpose.
At the heart of the program is a 12-part television series featuring women from diverse backgrounds who have navigated experiences such as abuse, loss, family challenges, financial hardship, health crises, rejection, and other life-altering circumstances. Through authentic conversations, women share how faith, resilience, support, and determination helped them move beyond difficult seasons and rebuild their lives.

Selected stories continue through our digital magazine, providing women with an opportunity to expand their testimony and reach an international audience. Through our digital distribution platform, the publication has the potential to reach readers across 120 countries, with accessibility features including translation into 25 languages and text-to-speech, and distribution through participating airlines, cruise lines, libraries, universities, and institutions.
Battered Bruised Not Broken Presents: Simply Spice Weekend
Our annual in-person empowerment experience brings women together for connection, learning, faith, healing, celebration, and personal development. The 2027 three-day experience will take place June 25–27, 2027, creating another space where stories move beyond the screen and become opportunities for community, support, and transformation.
Together, these platforms create a pathway from storytelling to visibility, connection, empowerment, and community impact—reminding women that what they have experienced does not have to define what they can become.

The Queensmindset Business & Entrepreneurship Accelerator is an entrepreneurship and economic empowerment program designed to help aspiring entrepreneurs, emerging business owners, and women with a vision move from idea to execution and from passion to sustainable enterprise.
Building on Queensmindset’s vision-building workshops, conferences, coaching, and entrepreneurial development initiatives, the Accelerator provides participants with practical tools to clarify their vision, identify their purpose, map achievable goals, develop viable business models, and build the foundations needed to launch and grow successful businesses.
Through vision building, vision mapping, vision casting, business development, financial literacy, branding, marketing, leadership development, mentorship, and strategic planning, participants learn how to transform an idea into an actionable business roadmap.
Whether a participant is starting with only an idea or already operating a business that needs greater structure, the program meets entrepreneurs where they are and helps them determine their next strategic step.
Participants are supported through four key stages:
VISION — Clarify the idea, purpose, problem to be solved, target audience, and desired impact.
BUILD — Develop the business model, goals, financial foundation, brand, systems, and strategy.
EXECUTE — Turn plans into measurable actions through accountability, mentorship, market testing, and implementation.
GROW — Strengthen sustainability, leadership, partnerships, customer development, financial readiness, and opportunities for expansion.
The goal is simple: to equip individuals with the knowledge, confidence, strategy, resources, and support needed to build businesses that can generate income, create opportunities, serve communities, and contribute to long-term economic empowerment.
Queensmindset Publishing is the publishing and storytelling arm of Queensmindset Empowerment Inc., created to help women transform their experiences, knowledge, testimonies, and life lessons into published works that can educate, empower, inspire, and impact others.
We believe every woman has a story—and some stories are meant to become more than memories. They can become tools for healing, teaching, encouragement, advocacy, and generational impact.
Through Queensmindset Publishing, women are supported in moving from an idea or personal story to a completed manuscript and published book. Whether the story is one of triumph, faith, adversity, healing, resilience, purpose, personal growth, or professional expertise, we help women recognize the value of their voice and develop it into something that can serve others.
Publishing also creates an opportunity for women to turn what they have learned into resources that can help another woman navigate her own journey. A testimony can become encouragement.
